- SHShalmir HeckMar 23, 20231.0We have moved here from Bastrop and this by far is the poorest service we have EVER received. Just yesterday a stranger put a bundle of mail in our box, ??? The flag was up and this person did not take what was in the box. We were outside and witnessed. The flag has been up for 3 days now and NO ONE has serviced us. We are not sure of Rosanky hours of delivery or what days???? We have also received OTHER address mail. This so so sad!! I have a home business and have yet to receive mail from some customerS… Would a post office box be better???

Every single time I have EVER had to be there (during limited operating hours) she was rude, short, and did I mention rude, if you caught her on a day she was speaking. Some days she doesn't even speak, just throws things around. Its a true shame that my taxpayer money helps pay this salary. Maybe it is time to get rid of the USPS.
