  Kevin was amazing to work with! He brought my Mémoires artwork to life beautifully, and the print quality exceeded my expectations. Every detail came out elegant and true to my vision.   What started out to be a 5 minute drive, ended up being a drive throughout all of Northeast Texas it seems lol. My journey would take me from Commerce, the "UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet," who understandably couldn't accept my AT&T router return, to Greenville, an actual "AT&T Store" that also denied me because they claimed they were only a retail store and not a return store for hardware... They would then point me in the direction of a "UPS Access Point" inside CVS where I would receive my final rejection for returning said router and would be sent on my way all the way to Rockwall to "The UPS Store" that would end my 3 hour, traffic induced drive. That is the insightful perspective I wanted to include in this review because Mr. Gregory and Ms. Gayle (apologies if I misspelled any names), were tremendously helpful and put me out of the misery I was in. I want to thank you both, for being so kind and displaying such candid diplomacy in assisting me that day. I was in and out of the store within less than 5 minutes because of your efficient and amazing customer service I received. Mr. Gregory and Ms. Gayle, you BOTH set the example for this location. Thank you from the bottom of my soul. Peace and Love!

  I’ve been coming here for nearly 3 years and have mailed hundreds and hundreds of packages from this location. I always think the staff hate to see me coming with my boxes of shipments but everyone is always so helpful and have had great experiences with all the staff. I’d like to give Karen a huge shout out! She’s been here since I started coming and always greets me by name. She’s fast and always friendly. You can tell a lot of the other staff rely on her guidance as well. Thank you Karen for always taking care of me!

  We were in need of marketing materials for our business and just so happened that there was an advertisement outside of the store when arriving. We sought out information about what was offered and we proceeded with pursuing materials. From day 1 we were given the WHITE GLOVE treatment by Kevin who not only executed the work but was very insightful about the entire process and continued to guide us as we were trying to figure things out. His dedication to the process and ingenuity was more than helpful and we shall return to conduct more busines. Great Job and we will put our seal of approval on this job.

  I contacted my neighborhood UPS Store (N Goliad)) on Monday afternoon and worked with Kevin. I provided some basic information to print a 3X6 large check to present to a nonprofit organization in Arkansas. I needed it by Wednesday. He sent a prototype that same day & promised to have it ready for pickup today (3/18/26). Kevin did a phenomenal job!!🙌🏾 It looked better than I expected…Kevin dressed it all up with a brilliant logo & color scheme for my large check. Just briefly meeting & speaking with Kevin today, it assured me that he’s my go to PRO for all my future projects. I instantly noticed his professionalism, his helpful spirit, and, his dedication to get the job right. I was so impressed with this print job that I immediately immersed him another print job right then and will ship it to me in Arkansas!!! Thank you Kevin for going above and beyond the call of duty!! - Ms. MWINK 🙏🏾🎖️
