They answered the phone right away, were extremely professional, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Everything was quick, smooth, and handled with care. It’s rare to find this level of service, especially on a Sunday. Highly recommend this location!

At 5:18 PM, I advised the store employee (ID: 367384-Terminal: POS7321C) that Amazon had sent me a return label instead of a QR code for shipping (Like they normally do). He said it was "no problem" and I just needed to e-mail the label to their e-mail address taped on the computer and he would print it out. I e-mailed over the label. He asked "Emily"?, I replied "Yes." He printed it out and then said "The total is ready for you." It was at this point I realized there was a $2.71 fee for the label to be printed from their machine. I'm not upset about the amount, however, it would have been nice to know the specifics and that there was going to be a charge BEFORE I decided to proceed with the transaction instead of after. Please use this as a training opportunity.

It's always busy here but because they pay attention to what they're doing and know their jobs it doesn't take long to get helped. It helps that they are always well staffed. Highly recommend!
