- KWKaren WarrenOct 27, 20252.0I arrived at the store at a couple of minutes before closing time. I was unaware of this fact at the time. I entered the store and approached the counter. There were three employees behind the counter, one female was assisting a man with what looked like a return. The other two ignored my presence, speaking to each other and shuffling papers. I stood waiting to be acknowledged but continued to be ignored. After waiting several minutes I asked if the store was open. The reply was “no “. I asked why I wasn’t told when I entered and was told that they were closing, two of the computers were closed but I could leave my package but I couldn’t get a receipt which I did. I expect to get notification from Amazon that the package had been scanned. I did not. I called the next morning and was remembered by the employee that answered the phone. She said she didn’t recall a package. She would check with associates and let me know what happened to it. The whole experience was appalling. The total lack of customer service doesn’t reflect well on either UPS or the younger generation of customer service providers.
