After our recent loss of a pet, they went above and beyond to honor his memory—carefully organizing his bed and blankets in a way that made my heart smile. They even asked if we wanted to keep the little nose art on the window instead of wiping it away, in case it was too soon for us to let go. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much. They also made sure our cat was safe and cared for while going in and out of the home. On top of all of that, the cleaning itself was impeccable, with so many small touches that stood out.
