- RFRoland FippsDec 24, 20255.0I don't know where all this bad stuff comes from. I've used the post office since 2015. I get no mail service at home. The post office handled a very difficult situation after Harvey. They have simplified my package delivery. The are friendly and willing to help. Ya'll don't know how well you have it.

The older lady has consistently gotten ugly and rude with me and my grandparents because we tried to get our mail forwarded from an illegal rv park to our new addresses. Apparently the form keeps coming up “missing”. We are getting the alerts that the mail is being delivered to the old address, but nothing is being sent back because the Landlord is known to throw mail away of tenants who no longer live there. I talked to the older lady about how it’s a federal offense for people to throw mail away or withhold mail and she said it’s OK, the gentleman is allowed to withhold my mail.

Instead of sending my mail back to the post office, he is throwing it away, which is what the post office told him he can Do that since I no longer live there. A very rude lady, whom I assume works there, told me they could not forward my mail to my new address and I needed to contact the people who are sending me mail at my old address and give them my new address. How am I supposed to give them my new address when I don't have a clue who is sending me mail at my old address?,

I emailed the postmaster and got no response. Must be nice to maintain a government job with zero accountability. Don't try calling because they will never answer the phone. If these were my employees I would fire every one of them and hire 16 year olds. The 16 year olds would be a step up. Complete garbage. If I could have not given a star I would not have.
