I don't suppose they want to leave me $30 dollars in my mailbox to replace what they ruined. I have animals that need to eat, and they ruined a major food source that takes over a week to replace. And, yes, the package was labeled as LIVE HARMLESS INSECTS. Be a bit more considerate.
