- RARhonda AJun 16, 20231.0I left something important (medically-related) at my Mom’s when visiting and asked her if she could mail it back to me and have the fastest delivery. I needed it by a certain day and she was told it would not arrive till after the day I needed it AFTER she had already paid. She told them she could’ve been notified it wouldn’t arrive on time before paying and he was rude in responding. I called a few minutes after and asked if we could retrieve the package so we can send another way and the girl on the phone did not sound like she wanted to help AT ALL. She made it sound like getting my money back was going to be such a huge problem and I told her I don’t care about the money and I just really needed my package and she ended up hanging up on me. The customer service here is completely lacking. The 2 staff members we dealt with were so rude & unprofessional. If you have to drive to a different location, I would say do it even if this place is closer. It’s worth going somewhere else where they actually care about their job and taking care of the customer.
