- VVveronicaOct 2, 20184.0Received and shipped out packages from this post office and everything ran smoothly. They made sending and receiving easy. The people that work there have good customer service skills. I would give them 5 stars but I got charged for two packages once for prepaid labels based on weight using the Mercari app. I ended up paying about $14 when dropping them off (About $7 for each of them). When I had already paid for shipping and the weight did not exceed the weight already paid for. Also, the receipt they gave me was from the calculator results. The following day I dropped off some more packages and they said they didn’t have to charge me for the prepaid packages but I never got my money back. Anyways, I sent and received many more packages after that and didn’t run into any other issues:)
