Pretty disappointed experience at 9 am on a Monday. I come probably 4 days out of the week to pick up packages so I’ve quite literally seen everyone there. Well today I guess I caught the shorter, rounder, lady with longer hair on a bad day. There was no “regular” line this morning as two other older women were already waiting on other workers. So I over heard the lady say “that computer is down so you have to come to this one”…alright so I start walking there and she rudely says “can you wait over there until I call you?” I’m sorry but she could have definitely been nicer at 9 am, to a pregnant lady nonetheless. TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. It’s not that hard.

Rude staff! I usually have a good experience at this location but this morning the lady at the counter was quite sarcastic and not very friendly. I never had to do a change of address for a family member in another state and had to go into the post office to accomplish this with my POA documents. Not only am I dealing with an aging parent, but also a sibling with a newly diagnosed stage 4 cancer diagnosis and didn't need the attitude this morning. You never know what someone is going through so a little kindness goes a long way.

One thing that I appreciate in this world is when someone is kind towards me for no reason. Cindy did an amazing job today assisting me with shipping my college-aged daughter’s - very much needed - winter coat. I was honestly expecting to be a hassle or an inconvenience - to say the least! Without hesitation, Cindy took the time to find a box that fit my package and was just quite honestly ——- the most graceful part of my day today!!! Thank you so much Cindy for making this very small, but super important task a breeze when that’s easily not always the case. Wishing you nothing but blessings and positivity in your life. <3

Slow! Will not tape your box for you. Pay $3.99 to buy tape to tape your own box. Just use UPS or FEDEX if you can.
