I walked out thinking. “That wasn’t a good experience”. Lady at the desk must have had a bad day. At least I hope all her days aren’t like this. A simple smile goes a long way. She was more interested in scrolling Facebook than helping me. I get no one is perfect but not helpful at all to the point I thought I did something wrong and was annoying her. Customer service training needed.

Today, October 13, the collection office is closed because it is Columbus Day.

I ordered a package and they told me it would be here Friday. The order was local for them, and staying in Texas as I live here. It didn't show up friday, and now shows that it is in Illinois as of Saturday. How it got sent to Illinois is a mystery, but there is absolutely no rational reason for it.

They must not teach customer service at Roanoke's Post Office. DO NOT RECOMMEND TRUSTING THEM WITH ANYTHING.

My god is this place rough, the employees are insanely rude, there can be 2 customers and you'll still wait in line for 40+ minutes, and they lose your mail constantly. USPS really needs to fire everyone and start fresh with this location, this is like the 4th bad experience Ive had over 3 years time.
