- JBJoe BrionesJul 26, 20251.0This particular post office lacks in customer service. I bought one of their envelopes and a stamp to mail an extension for taxes. It came back to me stating the extension was refused. Reason? Post office did NOT post mark my envelope! So now we had to come up with amount owed and send it. It was super stressful. Now got hit with penalties and interest on top of that. Horrible service. Someone needs to either retrain or get rid of the staff.

I had issues with a change of address and they helped me figure out the issue and was able to recover some mail that had been held back.
