I prefer this one over the Richland office, even if a bit further away from my home. I doubt any visitor older than 50 will be unsatisfied while the younger ones should be pleasantly surprised. This is an old school business greatly deserving of your patronage.

- STSonal TakiyarMay 25, 20231.0I was supposed to receive an international parcel via USPS and I have had the tracking number from the seller with a picture and receipt as a proof that the package was rightfully marked on my name and address. So the package reached Los Angeles first and from there after all clearance it reached Dallas and then to my City and was there in the city for 2-4 days post which it was sent back to LA without getting delivered to me and got delivered to someone random in LA. Upon calling the customer care they are telling me the package was never marked under my name and therefore has been delivered to the address provided on it. I have proofs by the seller and a label by the third party that’s stated details on the courier but the customer service told me they cannot do anything in it as their is no foul play by them and since it was marked on someone else name therefore I cannot even file a complaint. Even after my telling them that the tracking id and courier and all the proofs I have state it’s mine. Such a gross experience and this is not what one expects from USPS
