The clerk accused me of “ordering” him and refused to explain the delivery-instruction process. His response was hostile and dismissive instead of helpful. Several previous one-star reviews report the same lack of professionalism from the mail staff. Basic courtesy and clear guidance are required for this job, and they were not provided.

While I understand there are processes to follow, a more proactive or helpful approach would have been appreciated. I hope improvements can be made to ensure a better experience for future customers.
