I have 10 packages that require delivery, but due to the omission of apartment number 1, they refused to assist me. Furthermore, I am unable to obtain my passport unless I schedule an appointment and risk missing it. Additionally, there are numerous common issues.
- HBHumberto BenavidezSep 11, 20231.0Muy mal servicio al cliente no agarramos correo en nuestra casa tenemos que ir a un cuartito hay en las lomas te cae un paquete a tu nombre y no te lo quieren entregar que tienes que ir al correo a recogerlo la mera verdad deben de contratar a gente que en verdad quiera trabajar porque la muchacha que hace la ruta en las lomas siempre trae su carácter como si no te gusta tu trabajo no es mi culpa muy bien que te cobran por año y ni un pinche buen servicio te pueden dar ahora tengo que gastar gas y tiempo en ir a recoger mi paquete porque no me lo quiso entregar y todavía ir ala oficina a ver la cara de amargados y amargadas de los que están hay atendiendo.

Todos tenemos el derecho de tener correo postal en las casas y no le pongo 0 estrellas porque no ay menos de uno
