I have 10 packages that require delivery, but due to the omission of apartment number 1, they refused to assist me. Furthermore, I am unable to obtain my passport unless I schedule an appointment and risk missing it. Additionally, there are numerous common issues.

A formal complaint has been filed with USPS, if you want to fill out a formal complaint call 1-800-275-8777. When you ask for the number they will only give you the local number and not the official USPS number.
