  My experience was good up until i noticed the lady was sneakily trying to upsell me. “You said you needed the package shipped right away?” Um, no i never said that i know thats going to be like $100 for my tiny document envelope. We settled on the $11.90 3 day shipping. We are wrapping up and she gives me the “most economical price for a return prepaid label is $50.” I was asking a lot of questions as to why its not the same price. Why is it 5 times the price? Is this just fedex or everywhere? Just this fedex? Her response? “I dont make the numbers its just whats on my screen. You can come look at my screen.” Like i want an explanation. Why does a corporation charge like that? If she would have said “im sorry youre not satisfied. its because we charge based off of the gas prices in the areas. So i guess gas in Colorado is expensive right now” i would have understood and politely gone thru with my purchase. But, nope. I asked for my document back and that i was going to go try USPS. “Oh okay let me start you a refund.” Why are u refunding me i didnt commit to this whole purchase? She had the audacity to say “you wont find anywhere cheaper than here. So here, keep the fedex envelope for when you come back here.” Well GUESS WHAT? USPS total for going to Colorado and coming back to houston $22.30. Fedex lady needs a bit more humility and less pride. Wont be returning!

  I had an outstanding experience at the FedEx Office location inside Walmart thanks to the manager, Jarius. I came in with a last-minute, very large print job and needed six binders completed by the end of the day — each binder consisting of roughly 400 pages. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and successful project because of him. We spent over two hours putting everything together, and during that time he also helped every other customer who walked in — each one treated with the same level of respect, professionalism, and kindness. He didn’t just “process” my order. He collaborated with me to figure out the most efficient and organized way to complete the binders correctly. Because of his attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to customer service, we got all six 400-page binders done on time. I’m thoroughly impressed. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized.

  Jarius is A sweetheart I go in there and he is just so professional he greets me ask me how I’m doing. I ship one to two times a week sometimes more sometimes less and every time I walk in there, he is just a shining light. He’s very professional proficient. He makes shipping easy with no problems. I love going into this FedEx just to see him because he is just really nice he’s never once been rude to me or any other customer that I’ve seen and he’s always working his hardest to make customer service exceptional I mean this man should be promoted. He’s definitely really professional although I have seen customers act rudely towards him, he just smiles and handles it like a professional wood
