- SSSteen5 days ago1.0They keep "losing" my packages. I got up there and they basically shrug their shoulders and don't do anything. I literally have all my USPS packages lost or hasn't been updated. It's been over 30 days for one the other one 8 days. No updates, nothing. This place is run by crooks or workers so lazy that they can't even scan a package. Worst post office ever Edit as of March 3rd. STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! NO CALL BACK NO HELP. they can do whatever they want and you can't do anything about it!

The lady gives me a blank paper to write down the information and ask me back to the line to wait again. So many people are waiting. Totally waiting time.

Lied about where packages are and that they were getting delivered not once… not twice… but three different times. Not to mention the different times they’ve said we’re supposed to get our key and still haven’t. They’re clearly making their money off of lock changes since every time I go (which has been at least 3) somebody says they had to change their as well.

Then went again and Natalie was more than helpful she found the keys and made sure we did not have to pay and we got the keys within 10 minutes Thanks to Natalie we finally got our mailbox keys
