Always have a damn attitude. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. It’s not that hard.

Today I went to drop off a package, when I got to the counter I didn’t have a pin to write the address down and I had grabbed the wrong slip. I explained to the lady that I haven’t done this in a while, and asked for the correct form. The lady was annoyed and responded with a very demeaning comment not to mention she looked at me like I was stupid and had a horrible attitude when she gave me the pen. After I was done labeling my packages it was my turn again to ship them out at the counter. I ended up with the same lady, she mumbled something under her breath and decided to leave so she wouldn’t have to interact with me again. She was an older lady with glasses and light brown dreads, she sat in the middle seat at the counter. If you have no customer service skills you shouldn’t be in a position to deal with people, she lacked empathy and had no consideration for others. I would rather ship my packages at a different location due to her unfriendly behavior.
