He or she is probably the youngest at the store. I wanted to mail a passport to an embassy in Houston from Richmond Tx. First of all she/he tried to sell me a plane envelope. I asked for ups envelope. He or she said ups do not have envelopes. I spotted a ups envelope under the counter. She/he said it is only for overnight deliveries. For the plane envelope, she/he gave me, she/he said it would cost $64 for ground shipping. I packed my things and left the store. I just checked on ups website it only cost about $17.50 for 2nd day delivery. Talking of employees chasing customers away.

When I showed the employee the email the older manager behind him got annoyed and told him "were not doing business with him, out of question, you have to leave" rudely and then proceeded to ask for the next customer in line and ignored me when I asked how to redeliver my package. Maybe learn your own procedures?
- AYAhmed YahiaJan 31, 20262.0I was helped by a very polite and very nice employee then another employee told this polite employee to stop helping me which was extremely rude , we are a starting business and I came with 24 packages, I was hoping for a long term relationship as we ship multiple packages on a daily basis and we are nearby but after today's interaction am never coming back here again, I was going to give 5 stars for the nice employee who helped me.
