    Today, we visited this UPS location that we have been coming to for a long time. While we were already waiting in line and it was our turn, an employee named Elliot called another customer forward and asked us to line up again. Even after we explained that it was our turn, he continued to serve other customers. When we spoke up, he said, ‘I don’t want to argue with anyone,’ and completed our transaction in a very rude manner. This was the first time we have experienced such an issue at this UPS location. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and nobody should be treated this way.

    This UPS has to be the worst I have been to in all Houston and that is not an exaggeration. This UPS is always packed at any given hour of the day. The employees do not have a sense of urgency and there is nobody who seems to care whenever the store is packed of customers to the point that new customers arrive open the door and keep leaving because they always get stuck with three customers returning items. It is weird that they don’t prioritize or have a dedicated scanning station for the people that just wanna do simple drop offs. All the other UPSes that I have been to seem to prioritize getting the people with drop offs out the door first but here they always get stuck with three customers returning 30 different items and then the line just grows on controllably on a daily basis. I really hope UPS would actually do something about it either by making one of their three scanning stations just for people dropping off items to make the lines move quicker. It is a pain to have to wait 12:30 hour just to drop off one item.

    As a long-time customer, I have observed that the holiday season has brought about a noticeable change in the behavior of the employees at this location. While the overall atmosphere was festive, I encountered a particular issue with an employee named George. George exhibited a confrontational and disrespectful demeanor towards customers who were dropping off packages. His behavior was characterized by loud and rude remarks, which were intended to provoke anger. He repeatedly questioned customers about the condition of their return items, such as whether they had tags, were worn, or if the return label was too small. These inquiries were inappropriate and should not be part of the employee’s responsibilities. It is unacceptable for UPS stores to interrogate customers or verify the accuracy of their purchases. The employee’s actions were unprofessional and should be addressed. If this behavior continues, we will consider seeking alternative shopping options.

    Lost 2 of my packages worth 1k over the course of a few weeks. Never got scanned or presumably even left the store. Workers and managers were defensive and did not take any accountability. Manager tried to imply I didn't even drop it off and was lying. What a joke.

    I drop dozens of packages here every week. This is the 2nd time the store has just “lost” a package of mine from a batch. They were not willing to help or check when confronted but got defensive instead. Around a $1000 in merchandise I have now lost due to their negligence.
