    Horrible experience. Paid over $300 for next day air and package was missing. UPS customer service said it never made it out of the store. Package had over 2k in computer equipment. After much chasing around store supervisor started helping. Finally package was found 2 days later. I chose to get it hand delivered to destination in TX because it was already late and I didn’t trust UPS anymore. When I asked for refund the manager said it was my fault that the package went missing because it wasn’t labeled right. It was labeled at UPS by their employee. As per UPS own instructions it’s store clerk’s responsibility to correctly label not mine. I am paying for service that includes labeling correctly. Apparently this is in UPS employee handbook too. A whole section 4.2 on label application and preparation but straight up supervisor said to me that ‘it’s your fault not ours and you are not getting a refund because UPS charged my store already’. What about UPS guarantee? That doesn’t matter and does not apply. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Never going to this store again. Avoid this location and especially the most unprofessional supervisor who doesn’t even know the UPS rules and needs employee training again. Even UPS customer service confirmed that its stores responsibility to ensure proper labeling. I’ve been using FedEx since and they actually care and are courteous. They even put a physical tracker on high value packages so you can always find them.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location. The representative, George, was not helpful and kept trying to sell me additional products or services that I didn’t need. I came in for simple assistance, but instead, I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this location based on my experience.

    This is my favorite store! Everyone here is so nice and patient. They always help send off your packages in the safest most afordable way. I have been coming here ever since they opened and consider them family. It's so nice to walk in and see a smiling face ready to help you.
