  Ridiculous person at the store. Wants to charge $1 for a print. Which is way above that other UPS store charges. Also, says 'his store, his rules'.. No wonder the store is absolutely empty and no one willing to come to this store. Stay away. Absolute robbery and unfriendly behaviour.

  I love this UPS Store on 359, Richmond TX. KC and the team was more than accommodating to large 50 box shipment. The team not only printed all my labels but they even helped organize and apply labels to help me get in and out faster. I will be bringing all my future shipping needs to this store. Thanks KC and team!

  I came at 8:00 to have something printed for my myself and the neglected to be open at the time stated online. I have also noticed i am not the only one that’s had this issue with the store. It is now 8:30 still not open. Please respect customers time by opening when you say you are
