  I was there on 3/19, just to get a black and white copy. When I walked in I wasn't greeted by the employee (white tall guy with curly long hair, kind of reddish hair) that was with a customer. so this guy had like 7 boxes to send. I was waiting and waiting in line for 10 min and the employee didn't call for help until 2 more customers walked in. And he greeted every one of them and I was like... whaaat? He didn't greet me!!!!! okay. finally he called someone in the back for help. when another customer walked in. that's what I get for not going to fedex , they have self service copier machines. ups should have like those machines for customers like me that they just need one copy. Never going to used ups service again.

  This is a very busy store, but I always go to this location. The customer area is small but the line usually moves quickly. Parking is sometimes difficult, but the service is excellent. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Worth the wait!

  Tristian & Crew are always super helpful and patient, definitely one of the better UPS Stores around.

  Have tried three times to drop off an Amazon return. First time they opened like 40 minutes late. Second time the people working were just tending to something behind the counter and ignoring the waiting customers. Third time the store had been closed for 40 minutes but drew me in from the street with their brightly lit “Open” sign. This used to be a great UPS location but seems to be struggling lately.
