  Cheryl and Charis are so sweet and extremely helpful! Helped me with a last minute problem even though they were about to close and stopped doing notaries, they still got my package sorted out and sent. Wonderful service and friendly staff. HIGHLY recommend this location!

  I went in to get some notary work done and was greeted by an attentive young woman who quickly got me checked in and ready to see Cheryl, the notary. Although my paperwork wasn’t quite right for my end goal, Cheryl caught the issue and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She helped me fix everything, even offering free printing if needed. She notarized my documents, and I’m hoping the tax office accepts them—but honestly, if not, it’ll just be a great excuse to come back and see the lovely staff at my local UPS Store. She even let me keep her pen! 10/10—thanks again! I wish I could write this review with my new favorite amazon basic's dupe of the pilot G2. :) – Ryan Swindell

  My wife and I both use this UPS location frequently, but have never been in together at the same time. Randomly, we were talking about how nice everyone is and specifically that one person in particular goes out of their way to provide an excellent service. I mentioned how much I enjoy my interactions with Charis, and my wife looked at me and said “No way, she’s my favorite!” A HUGE shoutout to Charis - you’re an excellent example of unreasonable hospitality!

  I had an amazing experience at The UPS Store! I especially want to thank Charis, David, Chloe, and Ema — they were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made the whole process fast and easy, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s not always easy to find such great customer service, but this team truly stands out. I really appreciate their positive attitude and excellent service. Highly recommend this location!

  Shelley & I have been a customer of this UPS Store I do believe going on four years. Chloe always greets with a smile and always ready to serve. Ema pretends to laugh at my jokes that I don’t even understand lol Next level of customer service yes? Ema, David I see not as frequently however I feel welcomed and appreciated Seriously I can say this I don’t know of any real negative experience anytime I show up. As long as I live in the area I will continue to go to this UPS location. Thank you
