Had to wait 10 minutes for them to answer the door for packages pick up, the front was short staffed, and the jerk that finally answered seemed like I was ruining his day by asking him to look for my lost packages that customer service assured me were at this location. "We don't do emails". Yeah, and I guess you don't do your job either. It's more important to have a smoke then attend you customers. This place is a joke. Avoid at all cost.

She successfully sent one the mail item for one of four individuals. I send boxes monthly, this is the first time that I've had anyone question me about how the box was packaged or refuse to send. As you can see the box was packaged well. I understand getting frustrated with customers but creating an awful environment and finding problems where there are none is simply unacceptable. I need better from this USPS location. Good luck to all the customers coming behind me.
