I wish the review had “zero stars.” I will put “zero stars”. I live in Lewisville, but I went to my friend's house and dropped all my packages at the post office At first, I got in line to wait for the opening, even though it was 8:30 ( they were supposed to open at 8:30) They opened late, and after that, the lady ( not sure Indian or Hispanic) who handled my package said she only scanned six packages, so I had to get in line again to scan the other one. I went with my sister, and we have more than 12 packages. I ask her why she wants to separate all my packages and why I have to get in line again. I do not think I am impolite to her I never knew the rule that when they have a long line, we have to separate our packages and get in line again (that's what she told me, even after I only have two customers). All my packages had the label I need a receipt. What's wrong with those government workers? That is horrible service

I would give zero stars if I could. They will not deliver a priority mail package, despite the fact that I have a mailbox located less than 6 inches above USPS parcel lockers. The box would fit in my mailbox, they are simply being lazy and refusing to do their jobs. Update: USPS once again will not deliver a package. My letter sized mailbox is located less than 6 inches above the parcel lockers for USPS use. These employees are either lazy or incompetent. They cannot or will not do their job. USPS is holding the package and requiring me to come pick it up, which conflicts with my work hours given the short hours those oh so hard-working USPS employees have. The only mail I regularly receive is junk mail addressed to the previous tenant, which makes sense given most of the mail handled by USPS is junk mail. USPS - Junk Mail and Junk Service. My advice: use only USP or FedEx and stop giving USPS your business.
