    Extremely rude woman working today at 3pm Who doesn’t understand customer service and just wants to give orders, I left because I didn’t trust her with my package and I seem her be rude to a sweet elderly woman as well

    The 630LB lady works there is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. She literally closed the door 3 minutes before the closing time… ignored my urgency to send my packages on time before the holidays as i told her but no she just insisted on closing.Absolutely disgusting behavior.

    Absolutely terrible. I've been calling for 2 hours now and my package is obviously lost, this is after waiting for 3 days on a callback. I'd be embarrassed to work here with these reviews.

    What a terrible experience for several customers this afternoon. When I walked in the young lady was arguing with a customer. She successfully sent one the mail item for one of four individuals. I send boxes monthly, this is the first time that I've had anyone question me about how the box was packaged or refuse to send. As you can see the box was packaged well. I understand getting frustrated with customers but creating an awful environment and finding problems where there are none is simply unacceptable. I need better from this USPS location. Good luck to all the customers coming behind me.

    I wish the review had “zero stars.” I will put “zero stars”. I live in Lewisville, but I went to my friend's house and dropped all my packages at the post office At first, I got in line to wait for the opening, even though it was 8:30 ( they were supposed to open at 8:30) They opened late, and after that, the lady ( not sure Indian or Hispanic) who handled my package said she only scanned six packages, so I had to get in line again to scan the other one. I went with my sister, and we have more than 12 packages. I ask her why she wants to separate all my packages and why I have to get in line again. I do not think I am impolite to her I never knew the rule that when they have a long line, we have to separate our packages and get in line again (that's what she told me, even after I only have two customers). All my packages had the label I need a receipt. What's wrong with those government workers? That is horrible service
