We also used them for document printing for the first time today, and the associate was extremely helpful and accommodating. Because the documents contained sensitive information, she was very mindful of privacy and even allowed my husband to be present in the back of the store while the documents were opened, printed, and closed. Excellent customer service - we will definitely continue using this store in the future!
