He only did 11 at first even though I told him front and back at it was written on the cover sheet. He had the nerve to say I didn’t tell him when I did and it was written down. then I showed him it was twenty pages then he tried to charge for 22 pages for some weird reason. Then the next person tried to charge for 21 pages then their machines were messed up they debit wasn’t working. I had to ask after calling the bank and confirming the card wasn’t locked if they had tap as an option… and that went thru. It took an hr to do the simplest task. also, they are in their dunking people’s packages and goofing around. Very unprofessional and time consuming. No name tags either but he had a hat on and dreads, was heavier set. The second on had long brown hair and was tall he was more professional but they don’t pay attention like at all.
