If it’s $81 it should be delivered the very next day or the day after but even after paying this much we have to wait 3 days that’s kinda too much. I god my parcel from India to Texas in less than 4 days in fedex so that is very impressive work. I hope UPS improves their service and work on their cost efficiency. Thank you

I asked please and showed I just need to hand them the package and they were still helping people so it wasn’t like the registers were closed down: Did a little dance when I asked please just to take it. You don’t have to be cruel.

Been a customer since the store opened as I needed a secure location for mail between moves. No idea I’d never move and still have a box this long, it works for my lifestyle today. Recently I experienced a UPS driver stating they delivered a package, but it wasn’t there. In my excitement I rushed to the store, although the store hadn’t sent the email notification to pick up (these email notices are great). In my horror the package wasn’t there. It was a large package that I needed for a trip the next morning I was in a panic. They called UPS customer service to explain, I sent a notice to my shipper. In the midst of my panic and adding up cost of each item do you know the store gave me a snack as if they knew what would calm me, it was funny yet worked. The customer service team took my number and stated they’d call me soon. Many people would be extremely angry and frustrated etc, I understand believe me. With confidence in this team I knew the package would be located and things made right, while still concerned. The phone call came from the store well before UPS CSR called me stating the package was there. I rushed in excitement again and it was there thank goodness for the help in getting it resolved. While in the store the CSR called. My point, in this long post, is that my reaction could have been different based in so many factors. I elected to let the teams investigate first, before yelling, getting too angry and tweeting awful messages about UPS. Good ending and no doubt in the future about this teams response to matters concerning those walking through their doors.
