If it’s $81 it should be delivered the very next day or the day after but even after paying this much we have to wait 3 days that’s kinda too much. I god my parcel from India to Texas in less than 4 days in fedex so that is very impressive work. I hope UPS improves their service and work on their cost efficiency. Thank you

I asked please and showed I just need to hand them the package and they were still helping people so it wasn’t like the registers were closed down: Did a little dance when I asked please just to take it. You don’t have to be cruel.

They need to call a “manager” for advice all the time. They will not let the costumer talk to the manager when obviously they don’t know what they are doing.
