  Abdulsamad Aldhi made my experience great. He exceeded my expectations of giving great customer service and just having an elite spirit overall. He legit made my day. I had called before arriving and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. He handled everything with care and diplomacy. You guys are very blessed to have a man like that representing your company. He handled all tasks from me and many other customers-all by himself - effortlessly while simultaneously keeping everyone comfortable and happy with the service. People were thanking him and complimenting his service. I loved how he addressed each person with attentiveness, yet so much kindness and quickness. He’s exceeded all of my expectations. HE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION AND ALL THINGS GREAT. May Allah continue to bless him on all of his endeavors ☺️🥂💯

  Always so quick and easy at this UPS location. Abdul and Kenny are both always so helpful and kind. Abdul helped me with a big printing project for my wedding today and everything turned out better than expected. Great customer service!!

  The UPS Store located at Belt Line and Coit Roads (101 South Coit Road #36, Richardson, TX 75080) has to be, without any doubt, the BEST store in the UPS retail chain! I have never experienced a UPS store employee at this location who treats me with anything but absolute respect and professionalism. In days where service is rare to find, it is nice to see that there is still a company who knows what that word (i.e., service) means and what it requires to reach the top in your industry and what it means to be able to stay there in today’s competitive business landscape. I’m sure that all of the MANY POSITIVE CHARACTERISTICS that are found in each employee at this location is either taught by UPS leadership to the frontlines of the company or UPS is just very shrewd in their ability to find and hire the best talent already qualified.

  This is my favorite UPS location to come to. Kenny and his team are very professional, helpful, speedy, and diligent to get the job done fast. They help me almost every day and have consistent service every time. Definitely come here for all your shipping needs and more!
