  This UPS store top tier, I use them for all my printing from business cards to signs. At this location I find copious amount of common sense and critical thinking. Very hard to find at other print shops & shipping stores. They do designs and a quick with edits. Highly recommended. I always go to print my proposal paper here, there paper and ink make for a very professional look.

  I believe Sheryl was her name. She helped us with a very delicate situation restoring from 70-year-old pictures digitizing them for a funeral. Her expertise was priceless and I thank you guys for it.

  That was the most pleasant UPS store I’ve ever been in. There were three staff members and all three greeted me and all three bid me farewell. The fastest I have ever been in and out as well, under 1 minute! Thanks ladies!!!

  I went to this UPS Store on Sunday, February 22, 2026, around 3:00 p.m. to return an Amazon package. I regularly use UPS for my returns and other services, and I’ve always had positive experiences at this location in the past. When I walked in, I was immediately asked if my visit was for a return and was directed to the self-service kiosk. I noticed that other customers who came in for returns were being assisted directly by associates at the counter, while I was sent to handle everything myself. I had never used the kiosk before because every previous time I’ve visited this location, an associate assisted me and made the process smooth and easy. This time, I needed help with the barcode and labeling process, and there were several technical issues with scanning. While the associates did ask if I needed help, their tone felt off. At one point, I was told, “If you don’t print the label, how are we supposed to mail them?” The overall interaction felt dismissive rather than supportive. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I have consistently chosen this location because of the good service I’ve received before, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this store again. I hope management reviews this and ensures consistent and respectful service for all customers.
