  David is the store manager and he is absolutely awesome! He has helped me multiple times with getting things printed (sometimes is a rush!) and is always nice and helpful!

  The employees were really rude. especially brittney.. i have dropped so many packages in different locations this was the worst store. i was trying to ask question she was rude on my face she gave me the receipt and asked me to leave instead of listening to me . i am not using this service for free and was treated bad .

  Brittney knows customer service! I needed 300 copies made. She went over the pricing details and I opted to do it myself. She walked me over to the self serve copiers and did everything for me. It was hassle free! Thank you!

  I use fed ex for almost everything, this specific location is the worst. I dropped off an express package before pick up time and it’s the next day and still haven’t been scanned in or updated. The policy states that if it’s not delivered by the guarantee date that they will make up for it and it’s a complete lie. They gave me the run around and stated they can’t do anything and I’ll have to go back to this location to pay more money to have my package delivered when I need it to, even though I have already paid for a specific delivery date. The excuse the worker gave me was the normal hard working crew wasn’t in yesterday and the manager was on vacation. Completely useless, and the Integrity isn’t in their reach.

  I’ve been using this FedEx location for years without issue, but my last few visits have been disappointing. I arrived at 6:54 PM to pick up an order I had emailed over. I had also followed up that email with an additional print request. When I came in, the staff recognized me and were very kind at first. But when I realized the second file hadn’t been printed and mentioned it, their attitude changed. I was told they couldn’t print it because they were closing and that the internet shuts off at closing time. As a long-time customer, this was frustrating to hear, especially since I explained that I needed the prints for the next morning. Instead of offering any solution, I was rushed out, with one employee even holding the front door open. Now I’ll have to go elsewhere to get the job done, even though I had sent everything to them in advance.
