- MLMorgan LippincottDec 14, 20251.0Feeling disappointed with my choice in ordering from FedEx. I placed an order with a specific pick up time per the website and chose a fedex further from be so I could select the earliest pick up time available as I’m trying to get my print job done quickly. The order said that it would be ready by today at 1 or 2 PM, and so I arrived at the store around 4 PM to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told that the order could not be fulfilled today due to technical issues with their machinery, and that I would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. No one notified me that the order was not going to be available prior to the time slot that I was supposed to come by, so not only did my order not get completed on time. I also wasted a trip attempting to pick it up. I would highly recommend that FedEx leadership consider incorporating some sort of protocol to notify customers if there is a delay in their orders, when there is a specific timeframe given that an order is supposed to be done. In addition, I would recommend letting them know as soon as possible so that if the customer would like to submit their print job to a different facility that is available they can and get it done within the expected timeframe that was quoted. If there’s anything at all, they could do to prioritize and work with other FedEx locations to try and fix the issue, that would be preferred. This location did not make any attempts to do that, I’ll be taking my print services elsewhere in the future.

The representative allowed no time for me to communicate before cutting me off and transferring me to a department I did not need. When asked if she could contact the drivers for a unique situation she continued to say they amhave no means of communicating the driving team and the only number they can use in emergencies is 911. Her lack of understanding the severity of situation, escalated to high level law enforcement agencies, is beyond me. Their inability to locate a shipment using anything other than a tracking number is archaic. Someone from the facility called me, obviously you have access to my personal information. Avoid this facility if you need any form of assistance as they refuse to help.

- CSCameron ShowaniSep 18, 20251.0Sheilas brash attitude towards me and other customers was very unnecessary. She directed me to deal with an AI machine to have my documents printed and sent out. If I wanted to deal with the machine like that I would have never came in to FedEx Kinkos to have something printed out and mailed. Customer services and definitely not her forte.
