Lora really helped us out and the other employees were just as friendly. Fedex is lucky to have her as a member for 20 years, she definitely is the mvp. Thanks Lora!

The two ladies working today (12/22) were incredibly helpful! Shipping this time of year can be crazy but they made sure everything went swimmingly.

I have used FedEx print over the years to print teaching materials. So I was fairly familiar with the service. I called the store ahead to find out if they could print 9 single side black and white sheets of paper as my printer was down and I needed it for an event at 6:30. They couldn't guarantee completion so I said I would come in and just print them myself. There was no rush. No line. I arrived in plenty of time before closing. No greeting. The only working computer was occupied. I went to the counter to state I was the person to call and as it was nearing time I just wanted to email them the document to print. She told me [Not in the most flattering tone] You could print it over there at the copiers. And to use some type of QR feature to send it to the printer. I asked what it was and after she *sighed*she came over and explained. I stood at the copier another several minutes receiving an error code inevitably still having to go back to the desk and gave me a card to email my document anyway. Then they claim they weren't receiving my email and had sent it from two different emails. They continued to assist other customers with a little more vigor. I walked out of there with nothing but still managed to spend the $1.95... No thank you for coming, no sorry about the issue etc... I worked in print and customer service work so I know very well how simple that job was to print. Everyone has something going on--if you don't like giving customer service simply don't pick customer service jobs...

We came with a question, the employee listened to us and then just walked away to help another customer without giving us any answer, even though we came first and were waiting to hear a solution. I don’t care whether I’m sending the package or not — I’m a regular customer, and I simply had a question. But the woman said “one moment,” and then went to help the person who came after us.
Another employee came later, and for some reason we were still standing and waiting. They clearly did not want to work and tried to avoid dealing with our issue. My question about the receipt was never resolved. Very disappointing.

I regularly ship on a business account. Sometimes I have to go into the FedEx store because I need to ship overnight after our pick up time. I've been to the store in Addison/Farmer's Branch, Wylie and others, great people and good service... But this CityLine location is the absolute worst. Laura/Lora... horrid, selective literacy. I've dealt with her from time to time over the last year or so and every time it's like talking to a wall. Today was worth writing about. I gave her an international address and she type is so wrong I wrote it out for her line by line (the way it appears in the FedEx screen). She then proceeded to spell everything wrong and tell me the address was too long to ship to. Her spelling errors were causing the issue. Oh and the manager was there, she co-signed the ignorance. I literally ship to this address weekly using FedEx. I was only in the store because our printer at the office was down. I pray Lora/Laura she is either fired or sent for remedial training, but mostly fired. No one deserves to deal with her.
