- CHChris HJun 24, 20243.0The people are doing their best but they need more (1) staff for better service hours, and (2) property improvements including fixing parking area and drop box that is in a flood area, crumbling exterior, and unstable ramp/steps. Plus (3) Its 2025 and they don't have a RECEIPT PRINTER because USPS won't give them one. These failures by USPS are without a doubt unnecessary, unreasonable, and limit the quality of service that every person should have equally to their local post office. Yikes. The best post office employees in this small town cannot change these failures and help is needed. The town is growing, within Bastrop County, and its time to update the post office in all respects to meet the needs of the growing community!
