I HAVE PACKAGE IN THE PARCEL LOCKER BUT THE KEY DOESN'T WORK SO I CAN'T GET MY PACKAGE. IT'S RIDICULOUS HOW THEY CAN HEAR THE PHONE RINGING BUT DON'T BOTHER TO ANSWER IT. THEY'RE NOT THAT BUSY IN A 2 HR SPAN THAT THEY CAN'T PICK UP THE PHONE. IT MAKES NO SENSE FOR ME TO HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE PO JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THERE'S NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND OPEN THE BOX. THAT PO SUCKS. I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THEM EVER SINCE WE MOVED TO GLENN HEIGHTS.

There staff member also drops mail and packages off at the wrong houses BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE TRAINING THEM TO TEACH THE NEW PEOPLE HOW TO DROP MAIL OFF THE RIGHT WAY CANT TRAIN THEM CORRECTLY ( AKA MISS MICHELLE ) THE WHOLE UNIT IS UNPROFESSIONAL THIS POST OFFICE DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY . Mail is to serious for unprofessional people to be doing this job .

I went to go check today and all I got told is “it won’t be here and probably will come out tomorrow” that doesn’t make sense at all.
