I was getting my mail from Informed Delivery, and they had some important documents delivered. When I asked where to find my missing mail or what to do about it, she laughed and said, “Oh, I don’t know.”

I HAVE PACKAGE IN THE PARCEL LOCKER BUT THE KEY DOESN'T WORK SO I CAN'T GET MY PACKAGE. IT'S RIDICULOUS HOW THEY CAN HEAR THE PHONE RINGING BUT DON'T BOTHER TO ANSWER IT. THEY'RE NOT THAT BUSY IN A 2 HR SPAN THAT THEY CAN'T PICK UP THE PHONE. IT MAKES NO SENSE FOR ME TO HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE PO JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THERE'S NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND OPEN THE BOX. THAT PO SUCKS.
