I definitely didn't move so people are just making stuff up at this point. Once it said insufficient address, but I checked the shipping address and it was my address exactly. This is getting to be incredibly annoying. I wish I could charge the post office for all of these packages that I had never received and then had to go through the hassle of trying to track down. I've lived in apartments before and never had problems like this.

They quickly help customers, were kind professional and excellent in their customer care! From helping me request a mailbox key, holding my mail, forwarding my mail, to delivering my mail once my new key was ready! Easily explained the location of my mailbox and I have received every piece of mail, and packages on time! Thank you to the Entire staff at Red Oak TX location!!
