The staff there truly stands out — they are always pleasant, friendly, and willing to help. Their positive attitude and customer service make a noticeable difference, even when the service itself has room for improvement.

I put it in the drop slot after hours on Tuesday, and it’s literally 7 days later and no tracking has been updated. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. How are packages getting “lost” after dropping them off at a USPS post office? Little Elm has been more reliable.
