- MCMy ChevyFeb 23, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience dealing with an employee named Deep. A couple of weeks ago, he refused to accept my package, saying the post office was closing in 15 minutes and asked me to come back another day. Recently, I returned again to get tracking for a return package, and he refused to provide it, claiming it only works if done online. It makes no sense that a service advertised as available online is not available in person at the post office. The inconsistency and lack of helpfulness were frustrating. Customer service should be about assisting customers, not turning them away. Very disappointing experience.

The staff there truly stands out — they are always pleasant, friendly, and willing to help. Their positive attitude and customer service make a noticeable difference, even when the service itself has room for improvement.
