- DDDeAnnNov 21, 20251.0I've been coming here for years but will no longer due to the incredibly rude and cold older, Causian woman (~70 yrs old), with cropped white hair, working there. It's the first interaction I've had with this woman and it was so unsettling that I cannot, in good faith, go to this location again. It's really sad and unsavory to deal with someone in customer service that treats a customer so poorly especially with something as routine as a return. It's even more upsetting when someone ahead of you gets total opposite and preferential treatment. I'm not sure what happened in the split second that she served the other woman in line then, me but, I will go to one of the many other UPS stores in the area to avoid interaction with this woman again. Thanks to all of the other employees at this location that handled all of my business orders and miscellaneous requests!

Unfortunately, when I greeted one of the staff members with “good morning” and later said “have a nice day,” I didn’t receive any response — not even eye contact. A simple smile can brighten someone’s day, while indifference can do the opposite. I’m sharing this not to criticize, but to highlight the importance of kindness and motivation training for employees. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and a friendly attitude, especially at a reputable company like UPS.
