  Very glad that this store is open and to have an alternate to the local post office. Fantastic experience on my first visit to the UPS Store! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. They made printing quick and easy, answered all my questions clearly, and ensured everything was handled securely. They even asked if I wanted the bleed area trimmed on my documents before I arrived. I really appreciated how organized and clean the store was, and the team went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. It’s rare to find customer service this helpful and upbeat (as others have noted, the owner is directly involved in the operation - huge plus!). Highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable shipping, printing, or business services.

  Beautiful store and really nice and friendly people that work here. I had a really good experience. I printed 18 documents including making a copy. In my initial email, I sent duplicate documents accidentally so I had to resend the email a 2nd time but the staff was very patient. Very helpful! The only con I'd say was that in the 2nd email, I sent one extra sheet to be printed that I didn't advise beforehand that I didn't need. I advised I didn't want the page but I was charged for it and took it home nonetheless to recycle. 29cents a sheet, not a huge dent to the budget but bad business model in my opinion. There were 2 additional papers that the staff member printed accidentally that I was grateful not to be charged for. I advised I would pay for my mistake of the extra sheet being printed because I sent it in accidentally and it was only 29 cents so no need to go crazy. I just think once I said I didn't need the paper it could have really just been recycled there. I can only imagine if I didn't catch the first email with duplicates how much I would have had to walk out of there paying... But, overall, great experience! I just have to be astute when sending for printing docs to avoid wasting paper on my part and paying unnecessarily. THE POINT: Make sure to have an email draft ready before you get to the store with the exact documents you need printed. I wouldn't recommend sending a document to the store's email with several pages and telling them at the store which ones to print, it gets messy. Be prepared with your documents in an email draft and they will give you the email address to send the documents to, at the store. This way while there, you save time and money!❣️
