My package was small and not a box. I checked and it went into the box behind the wall. It wasn’t scanned until 2 days later…. So they aren’t doing their job, or they are punishing me for the “package”. How are people who don’t work days supposed to drop off things?

I showed them my tracking number and the current location and "Whoops" they didn't look hard enough. Then they refused to give me my package due to a misprocess in the system. When I asked what I could do to take the package home they told me they needed to complete the order on there part and refused to let me take it when it was right infront of my face. I asked again if there was anything I could do? I am who the package was sent for?! They refused and told me to leave. They didn't even try?? I left furious knowing they didn't even make an attempt with the office working telling me there isn't anything they could do and that I could leave. Do not come here. Go somewhere else with better service. Unbelievable.
