- JFJohn FergusonDec 11, 20195.0As of December 2019, the quality of customer service at our Presidio Post Office has improved dramatically. The old slogan "Under New Management" couldn't be more true! Our new postmaster has deep roots in our community and makes every attempt to serve customers fairly. The nagging problem that we had experienced previously--parcels returned to sender--has now essentially ceased. All it takes to deliver our packages is a little extra effort by post office staff, and they are doing it. Thank goodness! The collective stress level of the whole community has gone down a lot! Customer service has return to USPS in Presidio.

My package arrived at the post office three 2 days ago and there is still no notice to pick it up and i wanted them to look it up with the tracking number and they're not looking it up!!!!!! It's horrible!!!!!!!!!!
