- OSOle SnapperFeb 17, 20251.0I never get my mail. Our box is empty most days. I’ve missed appointments with social security that were mailed to me. I even mailed a letter to my self and never got it. When my wife complained it got worse.
- BDBradford D.Dec 10, 20211.0Ordered a package there and it apparently got lost in pre shipment at the Poteet, TX USPS like the other package I ordered from Conroe Texas. The package from Conroe took like 20 day's for them to decide to accept it. I should know. I contacted the eBay seller and that package was dropped off Nov. 12 and it didn't arrive until Dec. 3rd or 4th. The package I ordered from the Poteet, TX has been in pre shipment for more than a month and it's supposedly priority mail. Apparently the USPS decided it's when they get around to it mail. It's ridiculous for mail to take more than a month to get from Texas to Louisiana.

And when u call to complain they don't answer the phone!
