- VTValerie TerryJul 15, 20251.0This is literally the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with!! The employees are always so rude and seem like they hate this place. I’ve tried calling to discuss how they keep putting my mail in the wrong mailbox and no one ever answers the phone!! I have to go on my lunch (very inconvenient) to talk with them only for the employees to tell me that they can’t help me and that I have to speak with a manager, when I ask to speak with the manager there’s not one in store and they don’t know when they will return. If I had a choice I would not choose to receive any mail to this location!!

The lady was tidying up the lobby and was very cheerful with a big smile on her face. She took my envelop and as a courtesy weighed it for me to ensure I had the correct postage. She told me, "you did everything perfect, looks great!" Then thanked me for my business even though I only purchsed a few small envelopes. She treated me as if I was the most important cusotmer in the world, and people who execute this level of customer service are few and far between....she made my day after the other lady just about ruined it!
