We have to constantly remind them to double check because after we leave, we find out that something came in and it's sitting in their mailroom "somewhere". Today a fight almost broke out between two employees, so that alone tells you a lot. The people in charge need to straighten this place out because a lot of us still have to pick up our mail in person because the community mail box keys apparently aren't ready to give out to residents in the Highlands.
