It was my first time coming in for a return and i simply asked the lady at the front that i’d never done so, and asked what box i needed. she spoke to me like I was stupid and asked if i “dyed my hair”, hinting that i was a “dumb blonde” because i wasn’t completely sure of what to do. Extremely unprofessional and made my first time coming in very uncomfortable. Never thought i’d ever want to deck a senile in the face but here we are!! This establishment needs a change of staff, i understand why the reviews are so awful.
