When I have a package go to the wrong place (my fault) they’re able to make it right and track it down. I have no issues dropping off packages here, and the staff is more than friendly, please keep in mind that every where you go, there are people going through something you may not understand. A lot of reviews here are not understanding of this. ROCK ON ALL OF YOU WORKING AT THE Port Isabel POST OFFICE!
