- JSJennifer SullivanJan 20, 20235.0I love this post office! My family and I recently moved from Houston over the summer and the employees here have been nothing but friendly and welcoming! The employees at any Houston Post Offices are usually so rude and unpleasant. One of my son's wrote a Santa letter this Christmas and dropped it off ,himself, at the front desk of the Pollok office. The next day we received a letter from Santa addressed to my 8-year old sons. They would never do that in the massive city of Houston. Anyone that gives these nice people a bad review have never seen what a 1-star post office truly is!

Even went up there to the post office to make sure that my package would get sent to my new address they informed me it would and when I went to check the status of my package today it says it got delivered to my old address which someone else lives there and now I can't get it. Basically they lied to me about the whole process . I'm very disappointed in them and that I lost a thing I got made for my newborn baby and 40$
