- VDVan DwaineApr 11, 20263.0Walked into the location to find no one at the front desk. All employees were in the back. Only one checkout was credit card capable. The other agent's credit card machine was broken. Additionally, the suite number was left off my package. Even though it was clearly in the shipping instructions.

I told him I had some Amazon returns, before scanning the QR code he said you'll have to put these in a box. I said these are no box no label. He said pass me one of those envelopes. Not even please or anything, and I thought that was his job? So rude. Then he scanned and said oh no it doesn't work. It was true that I had to ship from an office,but still, very unpleasant, needs some customer service training for sure. Basic manners say hi, smile, please and thank you and do your job don't be asking customers to pack their shit. Rude

- URUser ReDec 10, 20251.0I visited this FedEx location to get help with my package. There were three employees . One of them was assisting me and he was okay. However, There was also another employee, an African American woman, was extremely rude to me, even though I was not speaking to her. She kept interrupting the conversation, speaking in an unprofessional tone, and even using inappropriate language. I stayed respectful and told her, “Ma’am, I’m just trying to get help and I’m speaking with the person who is already assisting me.” But she continued being disrespectful, What surprised me the most was that everyone else there stayed silent. They all heard her use bad words toward a teenager who was simply trying to ask for help, and none of the adults stepped in or said anything. It made the whole situation very uncomfortable and disappointing. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience
