THIS time the package never made it out of Dallas...and was crushed by whoever handled it. No one in the food chain will help and simply say they're Sorry, but can't help us. My wife (who's Dad is dying of Parkinson's) has to deal with the Plano mess again, hopefully to get a REFUND. WE WILL FLY WITH THIS PACKAGE TO KOREA NEXT FEBRUARY! IT'S MORE DEPENDABLE TO HAND CARRY IT ACROSS THE OCEAN THAN USE THIS USPS.
