But on multiple occasions I’ve had a tough time at this post office. Once because I didn’t write the address right so I had to step out and get to the back of the line instead of her letting me rewrite the zip code at the counter. On a second time she wouldn’t allow me to use a piece of tape because she said my box was improperly sealed, except I was returning it exactly how it came. It was a self sealing box. She said I could buy a whole roll from them. I had to go to a different post office to get my stuff sent out.

In other words, I had to drive for 20 minutes. Sit in line for 20 minutes and go to a different location because she was too busy spent five seconds scanning three packages. I’m surprised this lady knows how to breathe oxygen

I understand that many postal workers may not prioritize excellent service, but they should still try to improve.
