I left frustrated over something that should have been simple. And from previous reviews everyone has something to say about the “Asian Lady”

No professionalism, talks to people like she's scolding them or as if they're stupid for asking simple polite questions. If you're in a pinch, go and have as much ready as possible to avoid her character. If not, go elsewhere.

But on multiple occasions I’ve had a tough time at this post office. Once because I didn’t write the address right so I had to step out and get to the back of the line instead of her letting me rewrite the zip code at the counter. On a second time she wouldn’t allow me to use a piece of tape because she said my box was improperly sealed, except I was returning it exactly how it came. It was a self sealing box. She said I could buy a whole roll from them. I had to go to a different post office to get my stuff sent out.
