This post office is run by one lady. I think they’re short staffed and she’s in there all day by herself. But on multiple occasions I’ve had a tough time at this post office. Once because I didn’t write the address right so I had to step out and get to the back of the line instead of her letting me rewrite the zip code at the counter. On a second time she wouldn’t allow me to use a piece of tape because she said my box was improperly sealed, except I was returning it exactly how it came. It was a self sealing box. She said I could buy a whole roll from them. I had to go to a different post office to get my stuff sent out.

I just sat in line for 20 minutes, watching the elderly Asian lady at the counter in broken English berate everyone in front of me and then proceed to tell me that she would not even scan my package and I had to go to a different location because she was in her words too busy to scan right now. In other words, I had to drive for 20 minutes. Sit in line for 20 minutes and go to a different location because she was too busy spent five seconds scanning three packages. I’m surprised this lady knows how to breathe oxygen

This place is really disappointing. The Asian lady working there is extremely slow, moving like a turtle. Customers are lined up, waiting patiently. I understand that many postal workers may not prioritize excellent service, but they should still try to improve.

The chinese lady is MEAN and rude. She closes the door and blinds in your face before 4pm shouting "too many customer, I have to go". Would not recommend! Not sure why she's working there if she doesn't want to be there.
