I ship about 100-200 packages a week. I pre-scan all my labels so all I have to do is just drop them off at the post office. This is the only post office that has given me crap about dropping off boxes. They tell me I have to go to the back, I don't know what that means as there's not another post office in this entire metroplex that has told me to go to the back. The packages are already scanned and just needed to get dropped off. The problem with dropping him off in the self-service kiosk is they sit there at the post office for two or three or four days before they move. They're self-service kiosk is also out of order so I'm not sure where the hell he wants me to take them. The only place I can drop off packages where they are processed and shipped is a timely fashion is dropping them off at the counter. I live in McKinney and the McKinney post office does not have a single problem or issue with me dropping off as many packages as I want at the counter. This location just sucks

Like most other post offices, this one is hurting, BIG TIME. The silver lining is that they have a new supervisor (new to me, I try to avoid the place at all costs) who is intelligent and has common sense and looks out for the customer. I have no doubt she’ll whip that place into shape. I went in last week with my 2 little ones, to mail some letters. The woman at the desk, probably on her 50s, Asian, glasses…saw that the pin pad was still showing the satisfaction survey from the previous customer. Instead of canceling it through her interface, she reached over the counter and gave herself a positive review…I thought that was interesting… I made a comment that she shouldn’t do that, the purpose of pin pads is strictly for customers, in every single store on the planet. She did NOT like that. Took offense to that. Started yelling at me and threatened to call the police in front of my 2 and 4 y/o. Wow. I said go ahead…she called her supervisor who came out front and told her she was wrong and to never touch the pin pad. On my way out she (Asian lady) was extremely rude and vocal about it. So embarrassing for her…there’s no way she still works there and did she does, just “charge” that to being the post office. As Bruce and the Range told us, “some things will never change”.

I recently went to check on several packages that were in route but might not have had my unit number on them. The wonderful lady at the front counter with the beautiful locs helped me, and every single package I was worried about ended up making it to me. THANK YOU!!!

Very bad supervisor My address was correct, a package was supposed to come to me, and it traveled all over America and came back without ever reaching my address. He was not helpful at all.
