After ringing the small doorbell to the left of the shop, the employee (black lady) who assisted me was rude and unhelpful. She seemed unwilling to answer my questions or provide guidance, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Customer service should make situations like this easier, not more stressful. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will try to avoid shipping with USPS at this location in the future. She hates her job clearly!!
