The recipient called the Post Office to see what could be done. Denisha not only located the package but gave the full address to the carrier. It was delivered that same day. Thank you, Denisha.

I like to stop by and drop off prepaid packages in off hours to miss traffic but this location locks the box randomly causing a wasted trip. It’s a metal door with a hole to the other side, there is no maintenance or things to break, so no reason to lock it!
- CCChristine ChiangDec 23, 20251.0This elderly lady at the counter ( didn’t even bother to ask for her name) kept on asking me to put the correct weight on the packages ( which is her job to check but hear me out) even after I explained to her numerous times “ if the weight exceeds, the platform where I purchased the labels from will charge me, and they do so on every billing cycle.” She just kept shaking her head and said “No, that’s not how things work, you paid before not after” in such a condescending tone and attitude, and this happens on EVERY VISIT, sadly I always get assigned to her counter and have to deal with this BS. Lady, whatever your name is, PLEASE just scan the packages and stop worrying about who’s gonna charge me the extra, you don’t own USPS, I tried explaining to you how I’ll be charged but you simply won’t listen, then WHY DID YOU EVEN ASK?! JUST DROP THAT IGNORANT ATTITUDE smh
