Officers attending the passport appointments not helpful at all, rude and honestly it’s like they don’t want to do their jobs. There’s so many hard working people out there, if they don’t want to do their job they should leave room for people who do want to work and who has better manners to work with customers.

The manager, Christine Hurley, was as rude as the woman who was working the window. She wasn’t interested in correcting the problem because she is part of the problem.
