This post office mishandled two separate prescription deliveries and created an unnecessary, stressful, and time-consuming situation. First delivery: My medication was left at my apartment door with the outer packaging cut open and the inner bottle already tampered with. Second delivery (replacement): The pharmacy sent it signature required. USPS marked it as “attempted delivery”, but no one knocked, no slip was left at my door, and nothing was in my mailbox. The supervisor later told me the carrier “didn’t know where my apartment was” and yet still marked it as an attempted delivery and claimed to have left a notice. Because of these errors, I had to make three separate trips to this post office just to retrieve medication that should have been delivered correctly the first time. Supervisor interaction: When I asked basic questions, the supervisor refused to provide any accountability, refused to file a complaint, and dismissed the situation completely. The level of unprofessionalism was alarming. Medication, signature requirements, false scans, and refusal to assist are serious issues. I have filed an official complaint and will be speaking with Texas Consumer Affairs.

Shonda is new in her customer facing role. Of her coworkers she was the only one apologizing to customers for the inconvenience of waiting which made her standout in a positive way. Once my turn, I had a couple of returns and my bag needed additional securing and while she was very apologetic, she informed me I needed to buy my own packing tape so the liability would not fall on USPS. I understood and appreciated her concern, did what I had to and wanted to congratulate her on a pleasant experience. Keep smiling and hope to see you again next time.

I got to many post offices in DFW. This has to be the worst currently. And there are a lot of workers so it makes no sense at all. Long lines, the package drop off machine is always broken (FIX IT!!!), the drop off for letters is stuck because people are trying to fix boxes in there (which wouldn’t be an issue if the package drop off was working). Only positive is that it’s next to a Sonic and I can order a SuperSonic breakfast to make me feel better after the disaster that is this post office location. Go somewhere else. The people running it don’t care enough to fix the package drop off. They are “mail it in”.

Notice: They don't do PASSPORTS!!! We had an apt at 9:15am, got there at 9am, they still had not opened the post office. A USPS worker opened, and a few of us who were on line, went directly to the passport area to wait. The passport room was empty and you could see some boxes in front of the glass door on the inside - did not look promising. We all waited for about 20mn, and a second USPS worker came to his stand. When he saw us, he told us that they don't do passports right now bc the person who was certified got moved to another location 3 weeks ago. Thanks God for this kind worker, bc the other one sucks. He saw us waiting on line and didn't say anything. Nothing. He had us wait there like dummies. No common sense. What did he think we were there for? Me and my husband had to take off work for the apt, my kid had to miss school, and they just made us wait there. Others came after for their passport apt and I told them the same as I was leaving. Unbelievable. We did not get any email notification stating that post office doesn't hold apts anymore and the system still allows you to book. And then the USPS worker who just watches you sit there and doesn't say anything is beyond words. Incredible incompetence. Bottom line, call the post office when you make an apt to ensure they will honor it!

A greedy company with ridiculous rules. The cashier nitpicked about the box — I was supposed to buy a whole pack of their tape just to use one strip, because they don’t provide tape unless it’s for Priority Mail. Then you have to pack and tape it yourself, and probably even buy scissors — if they’re “for Priority Mail only” too. I hope that self-respecting companies stop using their services for deliveries and returns. It’s always a horrible experience when I need to return items through usps. For me much better to use self-service options when available, like at Whole Foods, where they provide everything you need — bags, tape, and more. What a reason to have 5 employees if you supposed to tape, pack, and print label by yourself.
