Matt kept his cool, kept helping everyone, and stayed perfectly professional! I was very impressed!

The employee refused to notarize the document since it didn’t have a specific line for his signature. And when I asked why he can’t stamp next to my signature in the empty space, he referred me to consult an attorney. Another store 3 miles away did just that and took care of the matter in 5 minutes, which I much appreciated! The notary official might need more training to feel comfortable servicing the customer!
