So i ended up started the process at 2:28 pm . Christian, one of the UPS employees , came up and stopped us half way through the fingerprinting process at the kiosk saying that a lady had an appointment in the next 2 minutes. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for something that would've take less than 5 minutes. The part that annoyed me was when other customers came in, he made them wait in line while he asked us to stop half way through!
