- HSHeather SJan 20, 20261.0I misplaced my piece of paper that has a eBay UPS label on it so I went to this UPS store to print another label and ship it and I do this often at a lot of different UPS stores all over the metroplex. This store is the only one they charge a $2.90 printing fee even though all I’m doing is re-printing a label on a piece of paper so a black-and-white copy is all I need and they want to charge me $3. So now I have to leave and go find another UPS store when I’m running late to go pick up my son. I refuse to pay $3 one black-and-white copy and this is the only one that actually charges that much. All the other UPS stores charge 10-25 cents and I just found out that all the UPS stores are privately owned. Shame on this owner for overcharging people. I will never go to the UPS store again now.

The workers are all polite, efficient, cooperative, resourceful, and competent. Neighborhood store that is a tremendous asset. Worker named Isa has been especially helpful in the past.
