This UPS Store either stole or lost a pre-packaged & pre-labeled Iphone destined to be returned to an ATT service center. I have a UPS receipt for August 25 showing drop off confirmation and tracking. However, from there the UPS store did not enter the packaged phone into the UPS shipping system and it was stolen or lost at store level. The UPS store at Park & Preston has refused to take accountability or take any action. UPS corporate states that the shipper (ATT, in this case) has to file a claim – but I cannot. ATT states they will not file a claim because the shipping label (and packaged phone) was never entered into the UPS system. Therefore, the customer (me), is forced to pay for the cost of the phone. But this is a store level issue and should be resolved at store level. Interestingly, during this drop off there were 2 other packages that were also shipped on the same receipt. Those 2 packages were entered into the UPS shipping system and made it to their destination. The pre-packaged Iphone (clearly labeled to be returned to an ATT service center) was stolen or lost at store level. Report has been filed with Plano Police Department. I have asked the UPS for reimbursement ($150), but they have refused to take accountability or take any action. BEWARE dropping packages at UPS Store on Park and Preston in Plano.

Tried ro ask about printing a single page normal paper pdf and he started saying it was 0.39 a page, and then he got all rude insisting label is 2.99. I said i am asking about just a single page pdf printed on regular paper. Got more rude and said go to the library with a serious attitide. Um, yes we print pdf files on standard letter paper or sorry we we don't however I can suggest the library. But don't attitude someone for wanting a 0.39 black and white pdf printed on regular paper to tape on themselves with their own tape. SMH

I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in but the gentleman helped me with the shipping label, box, and getting my package sent. Took probably 5 minutes and he was so nice and efficient.
