- HLHal Lower2 days ago1.0I paid $66 for a letter to be guaranteed 24 hour delivery from Dallas, TX to Auburn, AL. The letter was mailed before noon on 1/8/26. 48 hours later on 1/10/26, it still has not been delivered. I went into the store and said I’m not looking for a pound of flesh, I just don’t want to pay that much for a service that wasn’t delivered by UPS. Their explanation was the delay was due to weather and, in the fine print of the agreement I signed, weather is the only exception. Let’s be clear. No tornadoes, no ice, no snow. And I don’t think it even rained in these cities during that time period. However, because they failed in providing the service I paid for, they now claim the reason was due to weather. That is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Unless this is remedied I will never step foot in ANY UPS store again. There are alternatives. And, I can assure you the $60 of mine they at keeping will be way less than I spend in future business.

She is super friendly, kind and very hard working with the much awesome experience and responsibility. I believe she is more like a manager of this store. I'm picky but Ashley is very easy going and understands her clients well. I highly recommend this UPS store if you don't like your packages missing
