I was literally inside the store before closing time. This makes no sense and is extremely disrespectful to customers. I’ve been using this location regularly, but after this behavior I will never come back again. Terrible customer service.

Prior to visiting UPS, I went to FedEx but decided not to ship my parcel due to their poor attitude and behavior, which I found extremely unsatisfactory. In contrast, the experience with Mr. Cody at UPS was significantly better, leading me to believe that UPS provides superior service.

I ship at these stores all across the country AND have my Bill of lading and permits emailed and printed out. Never been told they won’t accept a emailed label to print out. But okay. Its your store and you story. Will never spend a dime here because of this response.
