    Recently, I had to return a bunch of Amazon packages that had to be scanned individually. The man helping me was very patient while I pulled up each barcode and separated the items. He also went out of his way to help me box one of the items. Great and friendly customer service!

    Horrible customer service. The man at the store was so nice. Everything after that has been horrible and I do not plan on using UPS again. I paid almost a hundred dollars to guarantee my package would be delivered by saturday. On saturday, I continued to track my package and it had arrived where it needed to go and was out for delivery. It said it would be delivered by 6:15pm. Which is perfect because I mailed this to my military husband who can only go to the UPS store on the weekends. 5:05 Came around and I got a notification that my package was being held. I went online and used the live chat to get a phone number to call, all this did was give me a robot and I could NOT reach a representative. I then called the location it was supposed to be at and they couldn't help me, but they did give me a different number to call. I called that number and never got ahold of anyone but was instead hung up on twice. I then called the store back since they were the only people I had been able to talk to. They gave me a third number to try. I called this number and spoke to a woman who told me I could in no way get a refund, my package should be there Monday or Tuesday and that no supervisors work on Saturdays. We hung up, and I tried calling again because I did not belive that no supervisors were working. This time a man answered, he asked for my name, I answered. He then had an attitude and said he couldn't help me if I couldn't give him my name, so i said my name again, spelled it, and asked that he not have an attitude so quick into our conversation, he then hung up on me. I called this number the third time, if you are keeping count this the 11th time I am calling someone. I got a man who actually tried to help, and told me managers do work on the weekend. So he transfered me to a manger. I was then on hold for I think 30 mins. I finally spoke to a manager who took a long time to just tell me it arrived at the mesquite facility on Thursday after the cut off, I went in on Wednesday night to mail it and was assured it would make it to the location by Saturday. Especially because I was having it held at a UPS store, so it did NOT need to go out to an address. All in all. It took me 2hrs, and 11 phone calls to be told they screwed up in the beginning and customer service can't issue a partial refund of a refund of any kind and my package SHOULD be delivered Monday.

    Loving the new vibe in this store. New smiling faces and everyone doesn’t look miserable as if they hate being there. Spoke to the store manager today and he was so professional and helpful. A few months back i had a horrible experience here with young lady and after today’s visit i will definitely be back. He even apologized for her and gave me his card, I’m leaving a happy returning customer.
