I specifically paid for it to arrive by Wednesday, Dec 3rd by 3 PM. When I was given quotes, the delivery time mattered—so I chose 3 PM because I would be there earlier that day and needed this package to arrive that same day. At no point did anyone inform me that paying for second-day service wouldn’t actually guarantee second-day delivery. Instead, because of when the package arrived at your facility (12:48 AM the following morning), the delivery date was automatically pushed back, and now it shows it will be delivered Thursday, Dec 4th. I did not pay for 3rd-day service—I paid for 2nd-day. Not only have I lost the money I paid, but I am also without the product I urgently needed for work, which could have serious consequences. When I tried to address this issue with the UPS store before leaving Plano for California (noticing on Tuesday, Dec 4th, that the expected delivery date was wrong), the only response I got was: “I can give you the customer service number.” Seriously? Who is going to fix this mistake? This is not a minor inconvenience—it’s a complete failure to deliver the service I paid for, and it needs to be corrected immediately.
