  Update: Upgrading to a three, hoping to get it to a five. The merger of Primo with Sparklettes hit some speed bumps in migration causing the delivery delays. While frustrating, not uncommon in a merger. Better communication regarding promises and expectations with reality should be done better. Maybe they could bring me on the team to up their PR game! They did finally communicate with me. A person calling on behalf of the President clarified what is happening. The water did arrive and I was given a direct number for future failures to deliver on time. We'll see. I'll give them time to get their house in order and gladly rate this company five stars. After reading my original review below, here is an update: I emailed the customer service department as requested. No response. The last promise of water was April 19. No water. Another call April 26, they apologized with no guarantee of delivery, that time I got a Florida office. The water showed up yesterday, April 28th. Whew! I'm now looking for an alternative mineral water near equal to the Mountain Valley Spring Water. Wish me luck so I can say "Bye-bye Primo." (I wish it were my cousin). If you love great water, Mountain Valley Spring Water is primo. Little "p," not the Primo water company. They don't deliver. If you research the acquisitions and mergers involving DSS, Cott, CGS, Sparklets, and Primo, you will find they are all about the money, not the customer and certainly not the service. In my zip code home delivery has been on time less that 10% of the time. This post comes after more than a month from our last scheduled order. Today my complaint reached the highest level of management in their Philippines call center. Bless their hearts, they are doing the best they can to deal with the greedy managers, investors, and buy-shrink-sell sharks in today's greedy marketplace. Subscribe at your own risk.
